Low-melting EVA film and batch inclusion bags
PakTech supplies low-melting EVA film for industrial processes, primarily for rubber compound preparation. The typical melting temperature is approximately 73°C, while technical documentation indicates a characteristic range of approximately 71–76°C.
How EVA works in the process
EVA film is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a reduced melting temperature. In a properly matched process, a bag containing pre-weighed ingredients can be introduced into the process together with its contents, without unpacking the batch beforehand.
The solution has been proven in demanding industrial applications, particularly in rubber compounding. It simplifies batch preparation, reduces direct handling of ingredients at the process stage and helps limit spillage.
Other industrial applications are possible after verifying compatibility between the film parameters and the temperature and conditions of the specific process.
